Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
